The Lord's Prayer: "Our father, who are in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name. They kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heavan. Give us this day, our daily bread. And forgive our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom, and the power and the glory forever. Amen."

Members of Emmanuel Church span the full spectrum of modern Christian thought, from those asserting evangelical principles to others with most liberal theological viewpoints.
A hallmark of the UCC is that its members celebrate the diversity in their lives and work together to help each other to advance their personal walks with Christ.
Through the diversity of its members, its focus on inclusivity and its many programs, Emmanuel Church provides its members with faith-developing options missing in many other churches.
Emmanuel Church is managed by its members, acting as a congregation and through congregationally-elected boards, committees and the Church Council. Emmanuel owns it own facilities and is subject to no theological or economic hierarchy, though we work in association with the United Church of Christ denomination
